1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Capital-10 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

Capital-10 is a subscription-based platform that helps student-athlete families navigate the college soccer recruiting process. Features include player profile management, school matching, communication tools, recruiting timelines, and optional coaching sessions. The Platform is a tool to support your recruiting journey — we do not guarantee admission, scholarship offers, or roster placement at any institution.

3. Account Registration & Age Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including a valid date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Players under 13: Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Direct registration by a child under 13 is not permitted.
  • Players ages 13–17: A player may register, but the account is held in a pending state until a parent or legal guardian completes verifiable consent through the email link we send. Until consent is verified, the account cannot be used.
  • Players 18 and over: May register and manage their own account.
  • By registering on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian, and you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Capital-10 offers monthly subscription plans. Current pricing and plan details are displayed during registration and on the subscription page.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of NCAA, NAIA, or other governing body rules.
  • Share your account credentials with anyone outside your immediate family.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content or data from the Platform.
  • Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content to the Platform.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation or security.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, templates, matching algorithms, and software — are owned by Capital-10 and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recruiting purposes.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to the Platform (player profiles, notes, communications, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide our services. We will not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital-10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination & Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine is harmful to other users or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Account. Self-service deletion soft-deletes the account immediately and permanently purges it after a 7-day grace window; signing back in during that window cancels the deletion.

Parents and legal guardians of minors may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by contacting support@capital-10.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of Capital-10 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
